•Expect LANE RESTRICTIONS, flagging operations and single lane traffic over the Trail River Bridge Monday through Sunday, between 7:00am and 6:00pm.
•Please use extreme caution when traveling through the work zone.
Project Scope: Replacement of the Trail River Bridge with a temporary bridge.

GLENN HIGHWAY, AIRPORT HEIGHTS to HILAND RESURFACING: ROAD CONSTRUCTION through July.
Project Scope: Work includes resurfacing the Glenn Highway, from Airport Heights to Hiland Road. Resurfacing will include all Glenn Highway on/off-ramps (including the northernmost on/off-ramps at the Hiland exit, but does not include the southernmost on/off-ramps at Hiland). This project also includes replacement of the Automated Traffic Recording sites.

PARKS HIGHWAY, MP 72 - 83, WILLOW to KASHWITNA: ROAD CONSTRUCTION through February.
What you need to know:
•Be alert to clearing operations along the shoulder of the Parks Highway, from Milepost 78.5 to Milepost 81, Monday through Friday, between 8:00am and 5:00pm.
Project Scope: Additional passing lanes, shoulder widening, new guardrail and clearing to improve sight distance.

TUDOR ROAD and LAKE OTIS PARKWAY INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS: ROAD CONSTRUCTION through October.
What you need to know:

•Pre-construction work is underway.
•Road construction is anticipated to begin in late April - early May 2010.
Project Scope: This federally funded project will reconstruct the Tudor Road/Lake Otis Parkway intersection. Improvements include double left turn lanes at all four legs of the intersection; additional right turn lanes in the westbound, southbound and eastbound directions. Also, new traffic signals, public transit facilities and street and pedestrian lighting will be installed and new landscaping implemented.

STERLING HIGHWAY, NINILCHICK INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS, DEEP CREEK WAYSIDE ROAD to KINGSLEY ROAD: ROAD CONSTRUCTION through August.
What you need to know:
•Expect work to begin the week of April 5, 2010.
Project Scope: This project includes the construction of a southbound right turn lane on the Sterling Highway at the Deep Creek Wayside Road intersection; a northbound right turn lane on the Sterling Highway at the Kingsley Road intersection; new highway lighting on the Sterling Highway at Kingsley Road and Oil Well Road.

K-BEACH ROAD, COAL CREEK FISH PASSAGE: ROAD CONSTRUCTION through mid-July.
What you need to know:
•Expect work to begin mid-April 2010.
Project Scope: This project includes the replacement of the existing 9-food culvert with an 18-foot culvert in order to restore fish passage in Coal Creek. Rehabilitation of the adjacent creek bed and bank will also be completed.
